阝	hill	The radical kozato shows a hill. 阝 and is always on the left side of a kanji. (Please note that rather similar radical oozato ⻏ is always on the right sight of the kanji and means village.)
皆	all, every	When the sun is very glaringly bright, you can not see anything. Thus: I compare 比 but the rays ノ of the sun 日 make it white 白: everything and everyone!
